I have been seeing Dr Deb since 2007! I was in the midst of a huge lupus flare, had multiple other auto immune issues and was riddled with pain from fibromyalgia. For many many years, in fact, all of my adult life, I have found it necessary to use a chiropractor. I was never able to go long periods of time without one. I began treatment with Dr. Deb and saw her several times. I have not seen her now for a couple of years. It is both unusual and refreshing, not to "NEED" to be there as some other Docs have told you. Dr. Deb's approach to the body is like none other that I have seen. At first I was hesitant to do this, as it was quite foreign to me, but once I did, WOW! I can't come up with an explanation of how it works other than, WOW! I was humbled by the fact that the body can correct itself so gently. As a Massage Therapist, I have been an advocate for chiropractic care, but always with the warning of, "be careful who you go to". Before receiving treatment at Wellspring I often felt rushed and hurried. I would not sit for five minutes because I always carried with me a sense that things needed to be done. I have been receiving network care for almost 2 years now and during that time became pregnant. After doing some research in the birth portal my partner and I decided we were going to have a home birth that catered more to a woman centered approach that was quite different than the typical medical model. I knew Wellspring would be a key component in my prenatal care. I felt supported to continuously tap into my intuitive and innate knowing as well as connect to my baby and his spirit deeper. A couple of the entrainments were so wild tears would just spill out of me with how much beauty I was witnessing.
I feel Wellspring has helped me go deeper into accepting and loving the transitions my body has been experiencing as well, pre and post natal. I have been deeply intertwined with the pain and pleasure spectrum in my physical body during this lifetime. Anyways pretty much I love Wellspring and the capacity of energy it holds. I don't even know where to begin with the gift of network care, especially when undergoing the amazing job of growing another human!! I have two children and was under Dr. Deb's care for both pregnancies. Even prior to that, we struggled with conceiving and network care provided a great support both physically and emotionally during that time. Your body undergoes so many changes when pregnant, from fatigue to aches and pains and hormonal changes. As a migraine sufferer for many years, I was already undergoing care, which had drastically improved my migraine frequency. The added benefits of realigning with all the rigors of pregnancy were invaluable. My favorite memory of care while pregnant was near the end of my pregnancy with my son when Dr. Deb entrained him IN THE WOMB! Yes! It was so amazing and such an unforgettable experience. I could feel my little boy adjusting and stretching in response and it was such an incredible gift. Both my kids have also had the benefit of undergoing care shortly after birth as well. The birthing process is jarring to say the least on their little bodies and the benefits after birth for the baby are visible and immediate. My son suffered from colic and had a lot of tummy troubles. Almost immediately after having an entrainment he'd be noticeably improved. My daughter, had some minor breathing issues after birth and her breathing would be noticeably improved after a session. When pregnant, I would feel relief from my aching back, swollen ankles and exhaustion. Network care is really a gift and there is no better time to take care of yourself than when your doing the hard work of bringing a new life into the world.
