at Wellspring

Located in the heart of downtown Dover, New Hampshire, our intimate venue space is a wonderful place to host wellness events, meetings, book clubs, workshops, and other small gatherings.

We are located at 1 Waldron Court, Dover, NH 03820 in a bright orange building (impossible to miss!), nestled between a parking lot and the Cocheco River.

    • 20 people seated

    • 30 people standing

  • Layout

    • Access to three open rooms

    • Access to two restrooms

    • The space comfortably accommodates 5 chiropractic tables in 2 of the rooms, which can be used if desired.

    • We have 4 red chairs and 8 folding chairs available to use.

  • Accessibility

    • Our space is on the first floor, but there are a few steps up to the main entrance, which have rails. Therefore our space is not wheelchair accessible without assistance.

  • Additions

    • Filtered water dispenser for hot and cold water (with ceramic mugs)

  • Parking

    • 3 free reserved parking spaces are included in your rental.

    • There is a paid parking lot and a parking garage located just outside of the building (use the Flowbird app).

  • Availability

    • Our space is available to rent during our closed business hours. We have whole day availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays it’s available after 5pm. The space is not available at all on Wednesdays.

  • Pricing

    • $125 per half day (up to 3 hours).

    • $250 per whole day (up to 8 hours).

    • If additional hours are needed, it’s $25/hr.

FAQ

  • If you would like for someone to be available to help with the event, please request in advance. There is a $50 fee.

  • We would be happy to help announce your event on our community board in the Wellspring office. Please email your flier to wellspringdovernh@gmail.com.

  • If you are renting the space for a half or a whole day and you need to add additional time, the fee is $25 per hour.
