Episode 9: When you forget, are you remembering something else?

Listen on Spotify | Listen on Apple

We all forget things. Simple things like sunglasses on your head, or more touchy ones like forgetting a family member's birthday or possibly having an appointment completely go off your radar. Bottomline—no one escapes the “oops!” of forgetting.

Why do we forget? You may be that one in a million human that has a steel trap of remembering everything. Most of us, however, have lists for remembering. Many, many lists!

Are we losing our minds, is it age, or is there something wrong with us?

What if forgetting was actually calling you back home to this very moment that says remember me…I’m more important than the thing you’re trying to remember right now.

How can you use forgetfulness as a doorway back to self and what really matters?
