Episode 40: Change?

The one constant in life is change.How many times have you heard this? I’m guessing there have been times in life in which you roll your eyes when someone utters those words in your direction. Other moments, it may be the perfect medicine reminder. Either way, whether you love it or not…it’s TRUE. ;)

This is a time of much change and potential uncertainty and may be taking up a lot of head space or contributing to sleepless nights. Spending a moment with me in the space together, getting curious about your personal relationship with change seems perfectly timed. 🙏🏽

What to remember about change is that it is not always related to big moves and energizing forward. Sometimes the change (especially if you are feeling overwhelmed) is to take a nap, slow your roll, practice a breathing exercise, “do” something novel.

Change simply means shifting something enough that it lets your body/mind pay attention differently.

Knowing that change is inevitable, doesn't it make sense to spend a moment considering how you do change, or not do change? So whether it’s a big life decision, or flossing your teeth at night vs. the morning (or at all, lol), join me in the dance of CHANGE and let’s discover how to “be (more of) the change you wish to see in the world.”
